CAHC's role with Canadian Livestock Transport (CLT)

The Canadian Animal Health Coalition houses the Canadian Livestock Transport Program. Mark Beaven, executive director of the Coalition, manages the CLT program and provides reporting back to the Coalition board.

A CLT Advisory Committee, representing relevant stakeholders – animal agriculture, transport, processing, foodservice/retail, CLT instructors, etc. operates under the CAHC.

A Program Manager, project coordinator and other support, as required, are contracted to perform day-to-day business of CLT and to continuously seek to improve, grow and build CLT in Canada.
